If for any reason Innovative Tactical Concepts, LLC cancels a class you will receive a full refund. We recommend that you DO NOT sign up for the class unless you are 100% sure that you can make it!

Anyone who cancels within 30 days of the event will NOT receive a refund—PERIOD. Therefore, again, you need to MAKE SURE you can attend BEFORE you register. If you cancel before the 30 day period you will receive a full refund less the paypal/credit card charges. Normally we pay anywhere from a 3%-10% fee depending upon the company which the transaction occurred.
