One
of the benefits of hosting a course is that you get to train for free!
That’s right, we said for FREE! Another benefit is that you are
helping your family and friends to learn how to successfully defend themselves.
As always we
try to make this as painless as possible. We feel the process is really
quite simple.
| • |
First
of all we need a place to conduct the training. Ideally a home is
the best place to conduct the training because we want to do so in
a realistic environment. Vacant homes or apartments are great places
to conduct such training. If you know someone who is a realtor, they
may be able to help you get a place. |
| • |
Next,
we need a potential course date. It can be during the week or on the
weekend. |
| • |
One of
the first things you probably want to do is to help those you care
about by talking to friends a family to see if they are interested
in taking the course. If so, get them to pre-register online or send
their money via snail mail. |
| • |
We don’t
expect you to do all of the work, so, we will supply flyers for you
to put up at local gun shops, sporting good stores, etc. In addition,
we will promote the course online on various discussion forums to
help get the word out. |
| • |
If your
location is further away than 120 miles, ITC needs at least 12 paying
people pre-registered before we can come to your location. That means
if WE cannot get 12 or more people, the course will not happen. For
those of you who live within 120 miles of Richmond, IN, the minimum
number of people is 5 to conduct a course. |
