Brian began his martial arts training in the late 80’s. For many years he trained under the direction of Stephen K. Hayes. LaMaster trains in Kobudo, the fighting style used by the Ninja of Japan (Ninjutsu). Unlike most martial arts, Kobudo is a combat art. Brian started training in the Jinenkan under Sensei Sukh Sandhu in 2004. As of fall 2005, Sensei Sandhu was Manaka Sensei's most senior student holding the rank of Go Dan (5th degree black belt). LaMaster holds a black belt under the Jinenkan organization. Brian continues his training in Dayton, OH at the Gi Yu Dojo under Sensei Sandhu who is the Kancho (director) of the Gi Yu Dojo. LaMaster holds a black belt under the ranking standards of the Gi Yu Dojo. Brian has trained in firearms for over 20 years and he is a certified Counter Force instructor. Counter Force International has been training military and law enforcement worldwide for nearly 26 years. Some of the things that we teach at Counter Force are: Basic and Advanced SWAT Team Training (Bus Assaults, Vehicle Assaults, Winding Stair Cases, Team Leader Courses, Active Shooter, Chemical Munitions Deployment, to name a few). He has also trained with Tactical Response. Brian is a certified NRA Pistol instructor and teaches concealed carry courses in Indiana and Ohio. Brian has experience in the private security sector, and he has served as a personal protection specialist for former heavyweight champion boxer James “Buster” Douglas. In addition, Brian has been a guest on Charles Heller's America Armed and Free radio show on LibertyWatchRadio.com. This program is broadcast via Internet and on AM 690 Tucson, AZ. Furthermore, Brian has also written articles for Buckeye Firearms Association. Innovative Tactical Concepts, LLC appeared in the April, 2008 issue of SWAT Magazine. |

Michele is a certified NRA instructor and she teaches with her husband
Brian K. LaMaster. Michele is very knowledgeable in firearms and concealed
carry. Michele loves to shoot and has a passion for helping both men and
women learn how to defend themselves with and without a firearm. She
trains in unarmed combatives under the direction of her husband Brian
who holds a black belt in Kobudo. |

| Tim holds a 2nd degree black belt in American Jujitsu and a black belt in Judo. Tim currently trains in boxing, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, Jeet Kune Do, Kendo, and Chute Boxe. With competition and ring experience in Kickboxing, submission fighting, and Vale Tudo. Tim is a 17 year veteran of the Richmond Police Department and is a member of the SWAT team. Officer Davis is a defensive tactics and pressure point control tactics instructor for law enforcement, in the state of Indiana and his department. He also has extensive training in the areas of dynamic and stealth entries for building searches, room clearing, tactical rappelling, close quarters battle (CQB), hostage rescue, which was instructed by Delta Force team leader Paul Howe. Tim is also a certified Counter Force instructor. Tim has also served as a personal protection specialist for Richard Marks, Barry Larkin, Congressman Mike Pence, Senator Dick Army, James “Buster” Douglas, and Regis Philbin. Officer Davis is a decorated officer, having been awarded the Police Star and the Medal of Honor, for actions beyond the call of duty. The Medal of Honor is the highest award ever given to an officer. |

Patrick is a 10 year veteran of the Richmond Police Department. He is an active SWAT Team member of 8 years. Patrick is currently the assistant team leader with over 100 missions. He brings first hand knowledge and experience to our staff. In addition, he has 6 years of military experience. Officer Tudor is a graduate of the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy and received the “top gun” honors in Counter Forces tactical sub gun operations and deployment course. He has extensive training in dynamic and stealth entries, and advanced hostage rescue, which was taught by former Delta Force team leader Paul Howe. Officer Tudor is an instructor in chemical munitions deployment. He also has achieved an expert firearms proficiency level with several different weapons. Patrick is also a certified Counter Force instructor. In addition to the above mentioned, he has served as a personal protection specialist for UFC star Chris “Lights Out” Lytle, and former heavyweight champion James “Buster” Douglas. |
